"The hotel was under renovations which made things quite difficult. Accessibility and noise were factors. Upon check in, we were given our keys, only to realize they had only given us keys for one room (when we reserved two). I had to return to the front desk to resolve the issues. We did complain and were offered breakfast. I told them we had to leave earlier than breakfast time and they said they would compensate us some other way. I was told when we checked out the front desk would handle it, but they said nothing at check out. "

"The main entrance and parking is on the East sidel and the check-in counter is on the West side which is not Easley accessible. Very poorly laid out hotel. The thermostat in the room did not work."

"Not worth the price. You charge $350+ per night, where in terms of amenities you make a 3ft deep pool and a tiny gym. Bad collections were very limited. On top of all these, you have to charge for petty things, like, 5$ to server cold breakfast in takeaway bag in the room, 10$ for a microwave in the room. Even the cheap motels do not charge for such things, and this hotel is doing so after charging more than 350$ per night "

"Excellent breakfast. Wide selection of quality food to suit every taste. Staff were genuinely friendly and ready to help. Kitchen was good. Would like have have had a kettle, corkscrew and bread knife, but no deal breker. I would defi ley recommend,and stay again. "

"The lobby was very nice. It was open and airy and the staff was great. The room was tired. It had nicks on the furniture and scuffs on the walls. It would have been a fantastic room ten years ago. We paid to have a suite with a kitchen due to food allergies and that was very nice. The indoor pool was overflowing with hockey teams. We had to book a time to go but the teams did not leave. One father was throwing a football to a child in the pool! The kids were not being told not to yell. It was not enjoyable at all. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel. "
