"Nice hotel but wildly overpriced - £177 for a night in a very basic room, with a rather uncomfortable bed, no ironing board and a pretty useless TV. Also, what’s with the need to type in a code to get into your room every time - seems a bit like a cheap out move compared to every other hotel where you just tap a room card - £177 A NIGHT!! Good breakfast, albeit with cheap ingredients, but the shower was exceptional. But not really worth the money - I felt ripped off."

"The EV charger in the car park didn’t work properly, and the ones at McDonalds next door were blocked with cones. (We’ve been here before and the chargers are usually okay). "

"Unfortunately we did not enjoy our stay here. The property is drab, worn out and not very appealing. The photos give it a clean and modern look but it feels far from that. The furniture cheap and shabby (no glass in the doors on the wardrobe, radiator covers smashed etc), mattresses very poor and bedding cheap. Overall just not a pleasant place to be. So much so we considered just leaving after the first night and going home. The property has been cleaned and the bedding was fresh. As we arrived the Wi-Fi was not working and to be fair to the management company they addressed this very quickly. I had had to chase them for the check in details but I had it that down to it being boxing day. At the price I paid for this property for the 2 nights, I felt a little robbed! "

"Check in was efficient Staff were friendly Rooms were clean and functional. Evening restaurant was a disaster 45 min to get and appetizer and customers were not happy. Food left on service counter and not bought out to tables. Breakfast was much more efficient. May have been a bad evening but no real apologies offered. Average budget stay hotel. "

"House was spacious, comfortable & very clean. It was all we needed for our short stay. The neighbours were noisy, cars stopping on the road outside at 4am playing loud music. No use complaining about this as it’s out of the owners control! In their control is charging 22-50p for an extra two hours late checkout, most places we’ve stayed offer this free if they can. "

"Overall pretty good, would say 8/10. - Area was quiet and access was easy. - Few minor bits of damage but overall clean and tidy - heating was way too hot for us (but sure that’s fine for others) - need to provide more toilet roll for larger groups "
