"Very good hotel in great place. We have travelled from Europoort to Tuscany and stayed in four hotels booked with Hotels.com. They have been better than a lot of hotels we have previously booked with Hotels.com. "

"Overall, we were very pleased with our stay at the Hotel Piaz. We were there for 8 nights, so we had plenty of time to evaluate the property. The location was very convenient to all the main passes of the Dolomites. Since we were there in the shoulder season, there were few restaurants open, so we had dinner at the restaurant at the hotel three nights, and their continental breakfast every morning. The food was excellent, as was our service from Aurora, the head server, who always had a smile on her face and bent over backwards to make sure we had everything we needed. If there was one negative, this is an older building, so the walls are quite thin, so anyone in an adjacent room who spoke or played the tv loudly was a nuisance. But the staff were all great people and made our stay as comfortable as possible. If anything, I would recommend staying here midweek and during the off season."

"Beautiful hotel in the center of Ortisei however so quiet that you don’t realise. Lovely breakfast buffet and dinner choices are exquisite. Incredible spa facilities."

"I don’t know how I can begin to tell how impressive and excellent this hotel is. The staff at the front desk are knowledgeable and kind and the dining room staff run at minimum a five star service. Breakfast is excellent and the spa/pool are clean and wonderful with hydro therapy and 3 different types of saunas. We would stay for 3 more weeks if we could! Rooms are large updated with a vintage flare and very very clean. We will be back! "
