"The concept and space was clean and as described. However worh it being a newer establishment they still have some bugs to work out. There were issues with power surges when using certain appliances. The response time from service request were very slow. One request we placed was not completed at all but was marked completed in the application. Some od the amenities eere not available. "It was a great experience, the reception person very very nice, however the down side, the shuttle service was not always on time. According to Expedia, this property has a lazy river but I think it’s the other Tahiti Village not the Tahiti Resort so I think the description with Expedia is a little inaccurate. But overall a good experience especially for families with kids."
