"I often stay at luxury hotels, but I’ve never seen a hotel and room quite like this one. It’s rich in traditional Beijing architectural culture. The room is clean and full of character. The staff are extremely friendly. Everyone is working diligently and professionally. There’s none of the toxic tipping culture you find in the US. The afternoon tea and breakfast are also very fresh. The price is reasonable. Highly recommended!"

"Thank you Qian Yuan for hosting us. Check-in and check- out were a breeze. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Location is very good, right in the middle of a food street. "First time exploring Beijing and I loved it. I also loved this hotel. The rooms are fresh and clean. The area is quiet at night. If you explore the alleyways in close proximity to the hotel you will find an array of wonderful shop and local restaurants. It is a good 45-60 minute walk to the forbidden city and other sights which suited me. "We had wonderful 6 nights stay at the Empark Prime Hotel Beijing. We were upgraded to executive club, paid 399rmb a day to enjoy breakfast, tea and happy hour. The service throughout my visit was excellent, Vicky 何连怡 at 云顶 club was attentive, polite, and always ready to help. The room was impressively spacious, clean, and well-appointed, offering a comfortable and relaxing environment after a day of exploring the city. The concierge service was particularly helpful, collected a lot of my online parcels on my behalf. One of the best features of the hotel is its convenient location—just about 150 meters from the 中国美术馆 (National Art Museum of China) metro station, which made getting around the city incredibly easy. This location is near to most of the tourist attractions. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and top-notch service in the heart of Beijing."

"This is an excellent hotel in Beijing.The room is clean. The staff and receptionists are outstanding specially Dana, the 2 Lynns’,Bob,etc.They are generous in water and other useful things. Although there was no elevator in going down to our room (R307)my daughter was able to exercise. My daughter walks on tiptoes due to her medical conditions. There is an elevator from the lobby to every level except in some areas. The staff helped us all the way through in our needs like transportation,etc We would like to thank everyone who made our stay memorable.We would recommend this hotel to our friends and customers."

"Only a few hundred meters to huge pedestrian mall. Close to subway. Near major tourtist must sees! Incredibly helpful staff. Lots of small restaurants in the area. Very nice rooms. You can book AND PAY! for taxis at the hotel, so no drama with Alipay or currency exchange. Was there for a week and a half and would stay there again very happily! Was there for mix of business and pleasure and perfect for both."
