"This resort was classy top to bottom. The room and the turn down service were impeccable, the service at bars and restaurants was excellent, the food was stellar and you cannot beat the Grace Bay beach and the Palms pool if you wanted a break from the sun at the beach. We went for our 10 year wedding anniversary and couldn't have been happier with our choice. We left talking about the next time we can come back and stay."

"Clean room. Beautiful beach. Beautiful beach view from balcony. Very friendly staff"

"The service and attentivness from the staff was beyond amazing. Right from the start Johanna made our welcome extrememly pleasurable with complimentary rum drinks. Our room accomodations were taken into consideration for the availability during this season and occasion we were celebrating. Hugo, the General Manager was also amazing himself. He introduced himself and asked how our stay at the Ritz has been and with just a short comversation he too graced us with a beautiful spread of fresh...

"The property was under renovation so the spa wasn’t available and there was construction ongoing. The staff at the front desk, restaurant and pool/beach were friendly and helpful. Our room was very spacious and everything in it felt brand new. I especially liked that the bathroom has separate wet and dry areas, and the memory foam mattress was very comfortable. The room was spotless. Housekeeping came twice a day, including an evening turndown to get the room ready for sleeping. I used the pool, hot tub, and...

"Everything was great"

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ COMO Parrot Cay delivered exactly what we were looking for: peace, privacy, and the opportunity to truly disconnect. What made this stay unforgettable was the people. We have stayed at many wonderful hotels around the world, but this was one of the very few where we learned and remembered the names of so many team members because of the genuine care they showed every single day. Thank you to Leo, Alex, Ugyen, Yoga, Om, Valerio, Punami, and Claribel. You made us feel welcomed, cared for,...
