"Fantastic hotel: location, amenities, service, food, room qualities, views...Pricey, with all the usual ancillary charges (the famous "resort fee"), but overall well worth it given the (mid-tier) quality of other north shore hotels. The design of the property alone, with its vistas of Hanalei Bay around every corner, plus the beautifully appointed rooms and great staff, makes it all worthwhile. Our only minor quibble is the service can be slow at times, especially at their main restaurant and bar, and with their bell (luggage) services. This might have been that they were understaffed given the slightly off-season time we were there, but at these luxury price points slow service, for whatever reason, should not be tolerated. To pay north of $1K per night I expect my food to arrive within a reasonable amount of time (say, within 20m). After all, while the food is very good it is not Michelin-starred (so why the long wait times...?) In the grand scheme of our stay this was minor and we would definitely return."

"Apartments are spacious and nice. Parking is easy. Property is very nice and enjoyable just to walk around. There’s plenty of local restaurants and grocery nearby. "

"This place is gorgeous and at one of the most beautiful places on earth. A short walk to catch the shuttle to the state park. A beautiful beach is a short walk away, although the climb down to it is difficult, depending on how much you are carrying. The only downside and I think this is more about my partners body composition rather than the place itself, is the lack of A/C. I found the temperature in the place totally comfortable, however my partner is pretty heat intolerant. Again, I think this is more about him than the place. Despite this, we absolutely loved the place, it was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed! We had a wonderful stay! Thank you!"

"Perfect location! The view is breathtaking and so close to Hanalei. It was very warm a few days so air conditioning would have been nice but we quickly acclimated to island breezes to cool us. "

"Love this place, it was as advertised. I’ve seen the reviews as to the upstairs being too warm at night. I do not believe that’s true any longer; although we didn’t sleep up there. It gets cool up there at night with the unit up there seeming to run fine. Very nice having plenty of towels and soap and conditioner. Some places aren’t good about that. They also have beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels. We definitely would do this place again."

"Great location and amazing views! Plenty of room for our group of 4 adults. Walked to the beach to snorkel each day. The grocery store is really close. The kitchen was stocked. We had a great stay! Highly recommend this property!"
