"The host was charming and welcoming.The room was modern with all amenities we needed and very comfortable.
She was concerned for our safety as she found "our" room key in the Ccommon area when we were out for a meal. She rang us to confirm we had a key with us ie the one she found was the duplicate left in error by staff."
