"First time staying at a guesthouse, so was a little strange not have a person at the desk. But other than that, it was fine. The doors are a bit thin so you can hear every footstep and door open/close, so if someone is a light sleeper could be an issue. No other issues apart from that "

"This quaint and traditional B&B is a great location for Shakespeare lovers who wish to be in walking distance of the RSC and Stratford old town. It is located across the bridge and so is in a quieter area away from the business of the town center. Within a 5 minute walk you are in historic Stratford and all the restaurants and shops. The breakfast was fantastic and the staff very friendly and helpful. There is parking available on site which was very advantageous. "

"This is a beautiful property within easy reach of Stratford upon Avon. Our room had a stunning view, was beautifully furnished with a super comfy bed and included a fridge with water and milk, and tea and coffee making facilities. "Lavender Lodge is a comfortable home away from home in a wonderfully quiet and private location. Even though next to the owners house, the lodge orientated to be nicely private with barely another property in sight. It contained everything needed for a comfortable stay and the bed is big enough to party in (also good for sleeping). The two friendly spaniels peering through the window to say hello were a bonus too."
