I gave 4 out of 5 stars only because of amenities. The hotel is new and beautiful. Best part is the staff who are really try to help as much as they can and they are friendly. They MUST learn to put extra rolls of toilet paper in the rooms. I noticed people (including myself) asking toilet paper because they run out of. Same goes for shower-gel. My bottle was almost empty but they did not replace it or add another one. I had to go and ask. The good news: anything you ask, they will give you right away. Great restaurant and cafeteria at the hotel. A bit far from the old city, will takes around 3 Euros by taxi, but it is probably the best hotel in town. Rooms are very beautiful. And thank you to all the nice staff that works there.

Avoid. The receptionist is rude and accused me of being late check out although it was still before 11.00 and the same is clearly stated on the reception board as well. When I pointed this out, she kept making an excuse that it was just a 'warning' before 11.00 instead of giving an apology. No, she clearly said I was late. Very unprofessional. Very disappointing. I have no clue what kind of hotel would employ someone like her. I am skeptical if the room is regularly cleaned. Saw some stains on the toilet seat, which probably comes from urine from the previous guest. Some hair on the floor that doesn't belong to me as well. The area around the hotel is surrounded by outlets and that sort with lots of car traffic. Nothing noteworthy to see and far from the old town. Avoid if you're visiting Prizren for sight seeing. There are tons of hotels in old town. Somehow many of them are not listed on Expedia but you can find through Google Maps or other booking sites. The only good part was the restaurant staff who were welcoming every morning and very professional.

Fantastisk hotell - med en vidunderlig service og billige opphold. Hotellet er noe langt fra sentrum - rundt 30 minutters gåtur, eller er det veldig raskt og enkelt med taxi.

Super Hotel

Sehr freundliche Hotel Mitarbeiter. Das frühstück war sehr lecker. Hotel hat kostenlose Parkplätze (aussen). Ist von der Stadt ca. Zu Fuss 40 Minuten entfernt. Aber es hat in 20-30 Minuten zwei grossen Einkaufszentrum.

Nichts für Lärmempfindliche Menschen

Positiv: Sehr freundlicher Empfang, schnelles Einchecken, schönes Zimmer, bequemes großes Bett, schönes Bad mit großer Dusche. Ziemlich hochwertige Ausstattung. Ordentliches Frühstück, kostenfreie Parkplätze Negativ: Zimmer zur Straße war sehr laut, Zimmertausch nicht möglich da ausgebucht. Man hörte den Verkehr bis tief in die Nacht - so schlimm habe ich Straßenlärm noch nie empfunden. Selbst beim Schlafen mit Ohrstöpfseln hörte man die Autos noch. Das Zimmer wurde am zweiten Tag nicht gereinigt. Das Bett war gemacht, viele persönliche Gegenstände im Schlafzimmer und im Bad wurden umgeräumt, aber das Bad wurde nicht gereinigt. Das Waschbecken (schwarz) sah schlimm aus. Fazit: Wer Lärmempfindlich ist sollte dieses Hotel meiden, es gibt nur wenige Zimmer nach hinten raus. Wäre der Straßenlärm nicht wäre dieses Hotel eine sehr gute Option mit einem guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.
