"Friendly staff and check in. Our first room had a malfunctioning toilet so had to change rooms. Second room was better, refrigerator was not work on the second room. Renovations were on going so some construction noise was present as early as 8:12 am when we were assured that it would start after 9am. The beds and pillows in the room were new (feet like it). Overall, it was fine. I would consider a different property in the future if there was renovations on going. "

"First day was amazing in South Kingston, from beginning of the reservation all the way through the end there was great communication from the hosts. Things were well set up in the home and any concerns we had were addressed. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there as a family, the bathtubs and the toes could be a little bit cleaner, but that’s just my preference. I would suggest getting some comforters in the bedrooms that are newer."
