"There was hair in the shower when we arrived, the room wasnt as advertised, and it was very noisy. The big thing and what prompted reviewing the hotel was this morning i went down for breakfast before they closed and a staff member turned off the waffle irons and toaster...when all my food was in it. I said hey i have food in there and he shrugged and walked away. A lady complained and he got hostile. It was terrible."

"The hot tub was hot, but jets not working. Water seemed dirty. Everything else as just fine."

"I got the premium suite- room 100. The room smelled really bad, the staff and I were unable to get the smell to go away. It smelled like cat pee. I couldn’t get the tub or the hot tub to drain. If that staff wasn’t so amazing, I would never set foot in there again. "

"The room was decent for what we needed. It was nice to have coffee & real cups provided. The room wasn’t super clean (dusty coffee pot), but clean enough. Very friendly staff. "

"Can't best this view!! Room faces Lake Superior. You can walk out of the hotel and right onto the walking path along the lake shore. Room was very large and clean. Even though we were on a hall with a hockey team, we didn't hear any noise! Very restful and quiet. Enjoyed 2 hot tubs, so they didn't seem crowded. Like breakfast with variety."

"Hotel is very nice. Stayed in a king room with a view of the harbor. The room was spacious, clean and had a refrigerator and microwave. Breakfast was good also. The hotel is very clean and well cared for. We would stay again."
