Not only safe and quiet but kid and dog friendly as well. If you’re not a guest there, you should be. I’m booking another night then going to the beach; which I haven’t seen yet. They treat every guest as VIP. Let loose relax at this gem I promise it’s worth it. World class seafood right across the street. Thanks for the love shown me here

Owners, and everyone who runs this place were amazing, its a family own and operated, they are truly caring, friendly and super attentive to anything we needed. We loved our stay💖

Great shape for a colonial style building. It sais 1925 on the entrance so maybe thats Victorian era. Very friendly and attentive staff that speak good English. High ceilings which we loved. 5 minute walk to the malecon. Quiet and private pool area. Will be stayin here again.

Our room was clean, well stocked with plenty of the toiletries needed for our stay. The towels and linens were first class and the AC stayed cold like we like it. My spouse has a travel fan and it decided to stop working. We called the front desk and had another fan within about five minutes. The breakfast is amazing and the service is outstanding. Those views while you’re eating, your huevos rancheros cannot be beat. This may sound strange, but we really enjoy checking out the local new...

Located in the happening of the town. Easy to access the beach, boardwalk and food.

Not a fancy hotel but the room was immaculate and well equipped. Cannot beat the location. Right on the male on. Most rooms (ones with balconies) have an ocean view. Courteous and efficient staff. Will definitely recommend and return next time I visit Progreso.

What a beautiful place! Extremely enjoyed it! Everything I was looking for!

Great hosts. 5 stars plus

Loved the property, located within walking distance of to the main cathedral, restaurant, parks and museums, super convenient. The staff was friendly, polite and accommodating. We had an excellent vacation discovering Merida México.

Incredible staff who are so accommodating and humble! The prices are fantastic. Restaurant very delicious. We will definitely be back!

Our suite was spotless, beautifully designed and decorated. The bed was very comfortable as well as the sofa. The flowers and tropical trees were so pretty, and the restaurant attached, Teya, had delicious food and friendly staff. I cannot recommend this hotel more. Lots of food and shopping in walking distance. This hotel is beautiful inside and out!

We lost hot water for one night, but they fixed right away! Very friendly and helpful staff.

We have traveled extensively; this place was one of the most incredible in all our travels. The attention to detail was impeccable, and the staff was kind, helpful, and friendly. We will be back and have recommended this place to many others.

This place is like stepping back in time, but with all the updated facilities and services. It truly is beautiful. We will definity go back.
