"Trash. Got price gouged on parking and breakfast. Food wasn’t even that good. “Loud” people using pool at mid day. Construction staff yelled at me for “being on the wrong floor” while I was looking for the patio. Ugly hotel. Paid for “higher floor” but was only on third floor with ugly view of ugly patio. Would give -1 star if possible"

"The staff were welcoming helpful and friendly, check in was fast and simple, the room was clean, the breakfast plentiful, both hot and cold options available catering for most individuals requirements. A lovely little gem located in close proximity to LAX, would definitely recommend this hotel."

"Very basic, but they do have a fridge and tv. If you want food or water you can buy it in the foyer. I also noticed there was no hair dryer. But if you are just staying a couple of nights before/after a plane trip it is ok. The rooms are clean with air conditioning and there is a pool."

"I needed a clean, inexpensive place to stay for the weekend and this property fit the bill. The property was very clean, including the garage, lobby area and my room. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was huge and had more amenities than I've experienced in more expensive places. Microwave, frig, desk area with USB plugins and lamps, a big counter area outside the bathroom, and the hand towels were folded into cute little shapes! I wasn't expecting as much value for the price. Some considerations: 1) It's on a busy street, but the area felt safe. I was in a room that was in the back so didn't hear much of street noise. 2) This isn't a fancy place, but clean and worth a try. 3) There is a charge for parking, but it's much less than every other hotel I've stayed in over the past few years. I would definitely give this Best Western a try if you need a place to stay in the area!"
