"This place was clean, efficient and perfectly nice. We have had a few stays with absolutely extraordinary friendly service and rooms, so in comparison to that it’s a bit more sterile/corporate feeling than those. That’s the only reason for a bit lower score from me. I recommend trying to get a room on the high floors so you can see over the roof top. Great location, good service, clean rooms, some with a killer view. Definitely try to eat at Rosa Dos Ventos while you are here. And killer coffee at colores beans. "

"Bring earplugs if you stay on a weekend... There was loud club music until 2am. Also, our room had a broken balcony door, so the door would not fully shut, which they made no effort to fix."

"The staff is wonderful, and place is very clean, however the rooms are small, furniture is old and with the room being all tile it can be cold. It is a “bare bones” hotel but well located,which makes it easy to get around. I’m mixed on this one, the staff was great, but the owner needs to upgrade the rooms "

"The appartment had everything we needed. We were able to cook for ourselves. It was very clean and had lots of space to hang and store clothing if you wanted to unpack. It is 2 minutes from the beach (great placeto see the sunset) with a grocery store across the street. There is a great bike rental shop a few streets over and the couple are amazing They were very helpful in giving us directions. "

"Host was excellent, easy check-in and easy to find. Location was excellent. Bed was comfortable and warm blankets since we visited in February. We were able to find closer public parking for free likley due to the slow season. Renovations were well done and were new like condition. The doors and locks all worked well and the water pressure was very good. We used the kitchen for breakfast but the toaster was broken. The place was clean but not thoroughly clean. Most of the dishes needed cleaning before use and there was a fair amount of hair around the floor, shower and bathroom. Overall we would stay again."
