"Surprising good hotel, considering the modest price and huge scale. It's not as charming as the old Victorian-style guesthouses in Binz, but it's right on the beach, and rooms are surprisingly spacious and everything is squeeky clean. We even had a small balcony, looking on to the forest. Dogs are allowed for an extra €10. Mini tea kitchen and plenty of space for clothes. Nice touches for a beach resort, such as a hoover (for all that sand) and a clothes dryer (for wet swimwear). Not bad at...

"The location is nice, close to the beach. There is a band playing at the ground floor sometimes in the evening till 10 pm. The breakfast and dinner buffet was good. The pool is smaller than thought.,but very nice, usually full of kids playing there. The bed is very disappointing, very uncomfortable : there were two single mattresses on a double bed. The bedsheet was not changed during our stay at all as there was a chocolate stain on it. "

"We received a warm welcome at this hotel, which is superbly located on the seafront in Binz. The rooms were spacious and clean, breakfast was excellent and the bar was pleasant. The pool and spa facilities were very good and you are also able to book beach chairs on the hotel’s private stretch of beach. This is not a part of Germany that is popular with the British, which probably added to its charm. It is a hidden gem."

Unfortunately, adherence to pandemic hygiene rules is not monitored at all in the boardinghouse and only so-so in the hotel, which made any passing through the stairways and/or elevator feel inherently unsafe. Several times during the stay, there was obvious smoking INSIDE the staircase. "

"..hatte Hotel Staphel gebucht und erfuhr bei Ankunft durch Aushang (datiert Anfang September) an der Rezeption, dass ich mich im Hotel Königslinie an der Rezeption melden möchte (ca. 1,5 km entfernt). Ich hatte Ende September gebucht, keine Info von Hotels.com und war irritiert. Bei Ankunft im Hotel erfuhr ich, dass ich umgebucht wurde und dort ein Zimmer habe. Da das Hotel bereits vom Äußeren und von der besseren Lage ansprechend war, kam mir das sehr entgegen. Ich bekam einen kleinen Bungalow...

"Ein kleines, familiäres Hotel in der Nähe des Zentrums und des Meeres jedoch ohne zuviel Trubel. Ein gepflegtes, individuell gestaltetes Ambiente, sehr leise in der Nacht. Als Startpunkt für Wanderurlaube sehr gut geeignet. Gute Restaurants sind nur einen Katzensprung entfernt (z.B. Altstadtbrasserie oder Gastmahl des Meeres). Unglaublich freundlicher und unkomplizierter Empfang und ein nettes "Give-Away" zum Abschied. Parkplätze sind direkt auf dem Grundstück verfügbar und das Frühstück passt...

"Im allgemeinen war der Aufenthalt sehr schön. Es gibt zwei Punkte die uns aufgefallen ist. 1. Der Parkplatz für die Ferien Wohnung war noch beschildert, sodass immer ein anderes Fahrzeug auf dem Parkplatz stand. 2. vor der Terrasse gibt es ein Teich oder Tümpel. Jeden Abend waren dort Vögel zu hören, die sehr laut waren. Mit einem offenen Fenster zu schlafen, war schwierig. Ansonsten gab es keine Beschwerden Mit freundlichen Grüßen Familie Bogdanovic"

"Hallo Steffi, uns hat es in der FeWo sehr gut gefallen. Die Zimmer waren geräumig und nett eingerichtet. Die Lage im Zentrum von Sassnitz und die Umgebung ist perfekt. Die Bäckerei für die Frühstücksbrötchen ist fußläufig erreichbar und die anderen Lebensmittelgeschäfte sind ebenfalls gut erreichbar. Also rundum eine gelungene Sache. VG A. Beller"

"Ich hatte einen tollen Aufenthalt in der gemütlichen Ferienwohnung. Der Check-in war dank Schlüsselbox reibungslos und einfach möglich. Die Ferienwohnung war in einem sehr sauberen Zustand, die Lage ist absolut top. Der Strand ist wenige Meter entfernt, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befanden sich in unmitterlbarer Nähe. In der Ferienwohnung war alles vorhanden, was benötigt wurde und die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war schnell, einfach und sehr herzlich. Ich komme gerne wieder."

"Wonderful the hotel apartment had a sea view excellent service beautiful area the time went so fast! Pool and fitness center spotless Huge pool very clean and not crowed we had it to ourselves most of the time. Sauna and steam area were really nice as well"
