"Hotel was located in a great location. Staff was amazing. Room was clean and had an amazing view (super tiny though). Roof top area was phenomenal. Only downside was ac is regulated and our room got stuffy at night. Temperature auto set at 68. "

If you are into modern hotels, this may not be for you as it is all old glam and original features, but I personally loved the grandeur of the lobby and character rooms. And so easy to get around from here with the station just there. Very friendly staff too. "

Our room was clean daily and they did an excellent job Anytime we called the front desk they immediately helped us out. Overall the hotel was clean and the staff was very helpful."
