We enjoyed our stay here. The house was well kept and equipped to easily cook meals. Our communication with the homeowner was amazing! She responded quickly and was more than willing to help when we needed to reschedule.

We loved this little cottage. As soon as we pulled up the maintenance man Albert was right there to help. Our diesel truck and 25’ pontoon would have been a challenge but Albert got a tractor and backed us down. When we left he was there at 8am to pull us back up from the dock. The neighborhood was very quiet. Best of all, we caught our limit of striped bass in 4 hours our second day there. We will definitely visit again. Thank you Tessie!!! A wonderful host and our needs were met perfectly.

2 Day Fishing Tournament

Tessie provided a comfortable place to rest between fishing days. Her accommodation included a nice safe parking area for our boat. We came in late and left early the next morning, she worked well with us on our tight schedule.

Cottage was fine for adult fisherman. Quiet neighborhood. Plenty of parking for boats. Ramp was kind of hard to access. Wanted to watch football Game but didn't have local channels. Overall Good experience.

Cute Cottage on the Lake

We enjoyed our stay very much. It was very quiet which is what we were going for. Communication with owner was prompt. Only complaint would be the bed was not comfortable and really needs to be replaced. It was very droopy. There are some animals as next door neighbors which was pleasantly surprising.

Accommodations excellent. Extremely safe and secure. Beds comfortable. Very clean. Boat parking in driveway is a little tight. Use caution when looping through from right to left. Best option is to enter left side of loop, pull through, and then back into carport. Excellent cover to keep boat under with lights for working on equipment in the evenings. Overall great place close to ramps.

Terrific Property, Angelic Owner!

Even if I wrote a book about my stay(s) at Tesse's properties I don't think I would fairly describe all that was good about my accomodations and the welcoming warmth and kindness of Tesse. Her properties are beautiful, clean and maintained. I was so pleased, in fact, that on very short notice, I called Tesse to see if there was any way she could accommodate me for two more nights. This was on my way back home to Cleveland, this time she put me up in a Cottage and it was perfect in all ways. I would recommend Tesse and her properties to anyone, and in fact already have.

Interesting little place.

Like a lot of lake Murray homes are jammed in everywhere. This one had goats and chickens up the street a bit. The house was very clean. The hostess answered all my questions promptly. We brought our bass boat that is a single axle. I don’t believe you could maneuver a tandem trailer in the confines of the boat ramp and covering . One bed had a very squeaky bed. Bring your own ice. The ice maker wasn’t on. Overall though a nice little place.

Beautiful little home

Our stay was overall great. Very nice neighborhood with a lot of amenities that I don’t believe is listed in the description(I can’t remember lol). Had an unloading dock that could be used and we were able to dock our boat directly in front of the house. About 15 minutes from the stores which isn’t too bad. The only complaint that I have is there was dog hair on all the bedding that was there. We had to take off the comforter and just use our own blankets. There is a washer and dryer available for use we just didn’t want to go through the hassle of washing the bedding. Very responsive and accommodating :) the house was loaded with a lot of dishes, utensils, towels, they even have a gas grill and a nice screened it porch. I recommend to anyone.
