"The hotel advertisement is not clear in that these are a mixture of building and chalets. You will need multiple lifts to get to the restaurant and swimming area. This can be long if your chalet is fair away. The room was not clean, no soap was provided, bed sheets were dirty, the floor had not been cleaned, no internet in any of the rooms, no complimentary drinks. "Location is stunning. Rooms are spacious, well designed and comfortable. Staff are very friendly and attentive. For the quality of the hotel and the price, the breakfast was a little underwhelming, just a bread basket, a limited selection of cereals, with cheese and charcuterie for a supplement (no fresh fruits, no eggs, juices weren't fresh etc). The hotel lacks a gym / fitness space. I found this quite strange for a 'spa' resort. "

"A lovely property in a secluded part of the Royal golf course. Suites were perfect- clean, comfortable and well appointed. The pool was great and the location calm and relaxing. Service in the restaurant (due to one particular member of staff) was poor but it’s apparently owned by another company. Breakfast was ok but could have been much better. Despite this, I’d definitely stay again."

"We really enjoyed our stay and the villa was everything we needed. The pool is lovely. Communication was great. Unfortunately the villa is in need of some maintenance, the trampoline was broken, the boules pitch was overgrown. Benches and wooden seating were broken."
