"Gros problème de conformité entre l'annonce et la réalité. Réservation pour 6 personnes avec annonce promettant 1 lit double et 4 lits simples, mais le mobile home comporte 1 lut double, 2 simples, et le canapé de la cuisine en couchage trop juste pour nous. Du coup on a payé 100€ de plus pour nos 2 nuits pour un chalet plus grand et plus adapté. "

"Ils ont jamais reçu notre paiement via hôtels.com, alors on devrait payer le montant total pour une deuxième fois.
En plus, ils nous donne la chambre à 17h au contraire à ce que hôtels.com dise sur la réservation (10h).
Communication entre hôtels.com (expédia) et l’hôtel n’est pas bien et doit améliorer."
