LIVING/DINING ROOM:
The living room offers a cozy yet functional retreat that doubles as an additional sleeping area. This space can be closed off from the rest of the apartment, creating a private sanctuary—perfect for guests who need a quiet night’s sleep or extra separation. The stylish sleeper sofa easily converts into a comfortable queen bed. The 50 inch flat screen TV is mounted for easy viewing. There is an additional couch and a dining section with seating up to 6. This room is ideal for relaxing, sharing a meal, or accommodating extra guests without sacrificing comfort or privacy.
KITCHEN:
Across from the living room you’re welcomed into the kitchen. It’s bright, modern, and fully equipped for both short and extended stays. White cabinetry, smooth countertops, and stainless steel appliances—including a full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher—make cooking feel effortless. Whether you're preparing a quick breakfast or a full dinner, you'll find all the essentials: cookware, utensils, dishes, glassware, and even a coffee maker to start your morning right. Tucked into a cozy corner is a charming 2-person bistro set—perfect for enjoying a quiet cup of coffee.
SLEEPING AREAS:
This apartment offers two comfortable and well-appointed bedrooms, each with a queen-sized bed and its own flat screen TV. In one bedroom, enjoy an exclusive view of the Brown University athletic fields right from your bed. In the other bedroom utilize the desk to catch up on work. A bureau and closet make it ideal for both relaxation and productivity. These rooms are perfect for extended stays or sharing the space comfortably.
BATHROOM:
The bathroom is designed to maximize both style and function. The modern vanity offers a smooth countertop with a basin sink, paired with a mirror, which is perfect for getting ready. Step into the walk-in shower and enjoy basic essentials perfect for all guests.
THE BUILDING:
From the charming brick exterior to the bright, modern interior, this apartment perfectly blends historic character with fresh, stylish design. It’s in a friendly and safe neighborhood right across from the Ivy league Brown University. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and there is no elevator. We can accommodate up to 6 guests. Despite the thorough renovations of all our apartments, the building itself remains an older structure and is considered unsuitable for young children. However, if your children are 6 years or older and you understand these considerations, we would be happy to accommodate your stay. There is one off-street parking spot in the lot diagonally across the street from the apartment.

GUEST ACCESS:
Guests have access to the entire apartment.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and shares access to the building through the front door. This front door is shared with the apartments on the 1st and 3rd floors.

We are located directly across from Brown University, perfect for anyone visiting Brown University or even site seeing. Thayer Street is only a 10 minute walk from our location, which offers a vibrant mix of dining and shopping experiences. Savor the delicious wings at Den Den Korean Fried Chicken , indulge in the second Caffè Nero in Rhode Island , or enjoy a refreshing acai bowl at In The Pink . For shopping enthusiasts, explore the extensive selection at the Brown University Bookstore , discover trendy apparel at Urban Outfitters , and check out the latest releases at the sneaker hotspot Sneaker Junkies. Getting Around:
No car needed, this is a beautiful area of the City to walk around. You can easily get an Uber and Lyft if you need though or grab one of the scooters the City offers on any nearby sidewalks.
Other Things to Note:
This apartment is located near Brown University and RISD, which are both vibrant and sometimes lively, so there may be a short period when there is a higher-than-normal volume of pedestrians or cars passing by.
Interaction with Guests:
The building features a shared stairwell but the apartment is exclusive for your private use. There is a shared on-site laundry.
