"The property was under renovation so the spa wasn’t available and there was construction ongoing. The staff at the front desk, restaurant and pool/beach were friendly and helpful. Hemingway restaurant is a great spot for all meals. The bikes were a bit disappointing; older and not in great shape but we took them to town as they were rideable. Overall we had a great time."

"The food at Il Forno was excellent! Everyone was friendly and lovely, but they seemed understaffed. The pool area is nice, but the pool is small. Room was cleaned extraordinarily well every day and we were impressed with how quiet the rooms are. "The doors for the bathroom and shower are shared and rather awkward. They dont fully close on one side either (Shower)."

"The room was amazing. Breakfast could be a little bit better the rest of the property no complaints at all. Wonderful time ."

We went for our 10 year wedding anniversary and couldn't have been happier with our choice. We left talking about the next time we can come back and stay."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and everything was great. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!"

"Everything was perfect at the resort. Wish the weather had been better."

"Great stay at the Retreat. It embraces the name! The concierge was very friendly and gave us excellent recommendations for water excursions and local restaurants. Our room was very spacious and everything in it felt brand new. I especially liked that the bathroom has separate wet and dry areas, and the memory foam mattress was very comfortable. The room was spotless. Housekeeping came twice a day, including an evening turndown to get the room ready for sleeping. I used the pool, hot tub, and...
