Alange Castle Alange is a municipality located in the province of Badajoz, Extremadura, Spain. As of 2017 the municipality has a population of 1,891 inhabitants. It is home to Roman baths (still active) a medieval castle (but of Roman origins), located on a hill commanding the Matachelriver. It was held by the Order of Santiagofrom the 1240s, and was abandoned in 1550.

Pippa hat uns sehr freundlich empfanen und die Gespräche mit Manfred (ihr Mann) waren sehr interessant und unterhaltsam. das Haus ist einfach nur schön, traumhaft und extrem stilvoll eingerichtet. Gerne haben wir uns darin, aber auch auf den Terassen aufgehalten. Wir würden sofort wieder dahin gehen. Wir waren noch nie an sooo einem ruhigen Ort in den Ferien. das einzige, was man zwischendurch hörte, waren der Esel oder ein paar Hunde, aber...
