"Fantastic location, wonderful place and great staff"

"Room was fine, clean and tidy. About a 15 minute walk from the centre which was great. Communication with the staff was not great, we had to ask multiple times for the self check in information when we landed as it was not sent in the morning as promised. We also had to wait ages for someone to let us in the front door. Asked if we could leave our luggage anywhere before our evening flight and received no reply. You also have to pay €1 to use the coffee machine and it doesn’t work."

"The room was clean and location was great. Easy to get around. I appreciate that they allowed us to store our luggage before check-in and after check- out. I recommend and would stay here again. "

"The room was okay, nothing special, but it was clean. There’s nothing nearby at all, so you definitely need a car. Our reservation was cancelled at first for no valid reason, and staff later entered our room while we were sleeping, claiming they hadn’t received payment. I had to show proof that we’d paid correctly, and despite the mistake being theirs, there was no apology for the disturbance. Unprofessional and poorly handled."
