So a typical large business hotel, impersonal and a bit lacking. Bath Room was “superficially” clean, not actually cleaned after the first night for some reason. Bed was a bit too firm, and the room a bit on the small side. Shower pressure was excellent..

The hotel is in a good location about 12-15 mins walk from the Piazza Maggiore. It's large and has a big lobby and cafe area, and a restaurant tucked away which is perfectly adequate. The staff were super helpful, particularly in the restaurant and at the desk. The building itself is a bit tired ...
