"DO NOT STAY HERE! My family had a horrible experience at this hotel and left after only one night into a three night reservation. Dirty room, broken toilet, disgusting shower, no air conditioning, extremely noisy location made it impossible to sleep. Ruined the first day of our Italy vacation. "The property was amazing! The room was comfortable and clean. The pool was beautiful. The beach is a five minute walk from property - small and rocky but nice. A taxi to the center of town is 15 euros and about a 5 minute drive, or a 30 minute walk. The staff was extremely helpful over What'sApp - gave us recommendations, helped us with taxis, and answered any and all questions we had. I would highly recommend Residence Magarà and Cefalu in general"

"Very mixed experience. The hotel is centrally placed for Piazza Armerina. Clearly much money has been spent on the inside but it is at best a 2*. Had difficulty raising reception on arrival.
