"The staff were so welcoming and helpful. Large room overlooking the mountains. We had one evening meal in their restaurant. Absolutely delicious, service brilliant and reasonably priced too! The breakfast was excellent with a wide selection of choices. Would definitely stay there again. "

"Located in the centre of pescina, close to bars and restaurants with easy parking. The room was pleasant with an outlook over the river but overlooked by the apartment blocks. The restaurant is closed (until further notice !!!), however the breakfast was excellent and staff very pleasant. Found a superb restaurant within 15 minutes walk and used it both nights although there are others closer to the hotel and town. Nice hotel to use as a base for visiting the surrounding countyside and beautiful...

"We had a lovely stay. The service was incredible. The place is run by 2 sisters and their Mamma. Mamma's food in the restaurant was SO good! (Book when you check in. It's homestyle Italian (homemade pastas, grilled meats...) Things you will want to know if you are American or from northern Europe... "Nice spot for people why like to hike. Quite reroute. Near by village is 10 min by car. Only a few spots to eat. On breakfast only yogurt and cakes with coffee. Coffee is excellent, but it is Italy it suppose to be that way."

Popular and unmissable wakings are to the Rocca di Calascio and to the peak of Gran Sasso.
