Desenzano del Garda

"This resort was beautiful. Not what I had expected, so much better. The rooms are spacious, good size balcony and would also be ideal for a long term stay, equipped with kitchenette and plenty of storage. The resort features a huge pool area with ample seating. The lake is clean, no beach sand, but that does not take away from enjoying a day at the lake. Restaurant on site is good, breakfast buffett is excellent to start your day. Hotel Giulietta e Romeo

10/10 Excellent

"Amazing setting close to the arena and within easy walking of the old town. Located on a quiet little street one back from the main shopping street. Rooms were large, clean and modern. Good breakfast"

8/10 Good

"Great location and an apartment of character! Luckily one of us (both 75+) was able to negotiate the very limited headroom of the bedroom ... some won't be able to!! The stairs needed concentration too! We hardly used the well equipped kitchen, but enjoyed late night films on the TV which had excellent coverage! Overall ... somewhere to recommend!"

Hotel Milano & Spa

10/10 Excellent

"Lovely hotel in a great location. Amazing roof top terrace overlooking the Arena, which was great for a drink whilst watching the sunset. All the staff were really helpful and friendly. Great breakfast and coffee to start the day and was available early as we had to check out before the official breakfast time. Our room was small (but we booked last minute and only a small double was available) but it was very comfortable and absolutely fine for 2 nights. I would highly recommend this hotel for its location, staff, breakfast and roof terrace."
