Upon entering the property, there was only 1 working fan for the entire unit. It was over 90 degrees in the unit. Again, I am disabled and cannot handle that kind of heat. "The apartment is very clean and comfortable. It is about a 15-minute easy walk from the train station and about 10 minutes from the major tourist attractions in Parma. The neighborhood is quiet but there are several very good restaurants and taverns within a minute or two walk. For senior citizens, the bedroom next to the bathroom on the first floor has two twin beds, spaced about a foot apart. The large bed is located in a loft up a steep narrow spiral staircase with a low beam at the top....

Emanuela and her daughter were so nice and she made sure to meet us when we arrived to make sure we had everything we needed including a cherry tart and sparkling wine! "A very nice stay that felt luxurious. The location cannot be beat and the room was just fantastic. Views of the cathedral and plaza from the window and a Guide Michelin restaurant around the corner, where we had both breakfast and dinner. Super nice staff too. Highly recommended."
