"We absolutely loved this place. It was almost like it was built into a cave, but the inside was so spacious and bright. It had everything that we needed a spacious bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and even a little porch to sit out and have our wine and cheese and prosciutto. It was literally straight up from the train station. "We had a lovely holiday (family with 5 kids, age 11 to 23), peaceful and quiet and with the option to go out for a good meal nearby. Culture and swimming to be found with a car ride of 20 min, a beautiful mountain lake for swimming and nice little towns. Lucca and other more touristic places are a bit further, still good to do by car. The house and garden are spacious with all you need for a relaxing holiday.
