"Problems from initial reservation through hotels.com. The owner also has a sub contract with another company that sends contracts that you must abide by. These contracts do not mirror the conditions within hotels.com. I immediately tried to contact the hotel without luck. I contacted hotels.com, provide the sub contracts that I didn't agree to and hotels.com were not able to contact the hotel. I contacted the sub contract and provide them the conditions through hotels.com the i agreed too...

"Apart from the spacious,well equipped cottage and overall calm and relaxing environment with great pool and outdoor eating area, Marzio, Adela and Mauro were the perfect hosts providing us with very practical advice on what to see and do in the region.
