The location is good near train station and city center but if your room window is facing the station then you have to close the window all the time to avoid noise. The room is basic, okay clean and okay comfortable but the dark red bed cover don’t look appealing. The shower drain is not just slow running, it’s totally clogged. "Once you figure out the parking it’s very nice. You have to park on the street across from the train tracks or at the square where the Hotel Mantova is. Then you cross under the tracks at the tunnel. Villa is 180 degree turn once you come up stairs. There is a security gate that you will need to ring the bell. After that a key will open. Room fine. One window did not have a heavy curtain to keep out the light, so I tried to shut the shutters which did not work. The room had one lightbulb out that never got replaced. The walls are paper thin, so I could hear residents talking in their rooms. 10AM check-out is too early. Location is the best asset. "

"After a very interesting drive to the house we were greeted with a view from heaven. The balcony and breakfast room had unobstructed views of the mountains and quarrys of Carerra. The next morning we woke to a setting fit for a king. Other B&Bs could learn a lot from Francesca. Fresh baked pastries and fresh brewed Cappuccino were just the beginning with granola, yogurt and juice. Loved this place would go again just believe your GPS and go to the end of the skinny road."

"The property is quite close to the highway and therefore a perfect stopover. The rooms look new and are very clean. The breakfast with homemade cake was delicious. The check-in was quite quick and practical, with very few words which did not make us feel immediately welcome. The outside area could be improved."
