"It's a cute bungalow, but there are some issues. There are lots of mosquitos due to the large garden and orange trees. The owner could provide some real counter measures to make the stay better. Moreover the bungalow gets very hot and stuffy. A very easy way to sort it out would be installing an AC. We asked for a second ventilator but did not receive a response. "All the employees were exceptional! The breakfast was amazing and caters to preparing your food. The pool was refreshing and cleaned daily. The staff go out of their way to accommodate the client. So helpful in every way. The premises were clean and it is obvious how hard the staff works. A truly dedicated team. We regret not booking more time at this hotel."

"The highlight of staying here was the delicious restaurant (la locanda) — we ate there two of our three nights and both meals were great! the property is not really close to / walkable to the beach (Riaci Beach). we did it on the first day and while it’s only a little over a kilometer away there are many hills to navigate and would not recommend it. The room and shower were smaller than expected from the photos online (the outdoor terrace was bigger than the room) unfortunately it was too hot when we visited to really enjoy any outdoor space (also it’s not very private…). Pool was lovely and cocktails poolside were very nice!"

"We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was well kept and clean and there was a very nice homemade breakfast offered every morning. The location was good, it was a short walk to the restaurants. The beach was a little further, but still close enough. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Overall it was a very nice stay."

"The hotel was above my expectations and went beyond what I thought it would be like. The breakfast was lovely. The staff was so helpful and everything was super super Clayton. I loved that it was next to the train station because you can hop town to town yet you are so close to the city town and walk to it and the beach shuttle was very convenient."
