Three month direct waterfront rental in the East End of Provincetown. The Boat House is a top floor, 1250sf, 3BR/2BA with stunning views of the Provincetown Harbor. Enter off the second floor deck and into the space which features hardwood flooring and soaring ceilings with loads of natural light. The living and dining areas are located at the end closest to the water to take advantage of the gorgeous views. On this level is the primary bedroom featuring a king size bed, large walk in closet, and en-suite full bath. At the front of the home is guest bedroom 1 with a double murphy bed and dedicated work station. Guest bedroom 2 is up a flight of stairs into a loft and features a queen size bed. The kitchen features granite counters and stainless appliances. Off of the kitchen is the full guest bath and also a washer and dryer. Huge wraparound deck with large seating area for dining al fresco and chairs for enjoying the views. Parking for one in front of the home with additional street parking close by.
