"The front desk is the worst in terms of customer service. We would not recommend checking into this hotel as it was hands down the most unprofessionally rude experience we had. The hotel is run down as well and the receptionist room smelled like a dirty laundry… which was another red flag. We would not recommend this arrogant hotel"

"The second floor, ocean-view suite is worth the extra money! Rooms are neat as a pin, and the gentleman who has checked us in every time we have stayed is simply delightful! Rooms and lobby decor have a mid-century modern vibe, and if you get a suite, you will have 2 huge bathrooms! I cannot rave about this place enough, and it’s a quick walk, bike, or drive into the action on Commercial Street….but then back to the peaceful ocean view when you want to recharge. "

"The place was spacious and dog friendly. Very quiet and pleasant. We loved the different areas to choose from in such an intimate setting. Table for games. Living quarters upstairs and downstairs. Access to patio from 2 entrances. It was very nice. It did take our dog a little bit to settle as his nose was very curious about the areas around him. Haha! It was a great stay! "
