Markets in Waimea are a treat to visit, Kawaihae harbor, Spencer Beach Park, Kiholo Bay, Hawi and Pololu Valley all in easy driving distance. The house is well equipped and very comfortable and host Yumi is so helpful. Good food and fun atmosphere at the Kawaihae Seafood Bar and Grill. Saw beautiful sunsets and lots of whales."

"It was everything we hoped and more. It was a dream trip for the whole family. I rarely left the property due to not feeling well and still felt like I had the perfect vacation!"

"Restaurants could be open longer. The resort needs more handicapped friendly accessibility to ALL areas. A wonderful shout out to Eugene at check in. He has an extremely good and personable personality. I regret not being able to actually meet him, he met my daughter and she was extremely impressed by him as well. Thank you Eugene!"

"Excellent layout for our family. The resort is off the beaten path, but worked well with our travel since we prefer to drive around the island to visit various locations. Staff was excellent and very responsive. We will definitely stay here again when we return. "

Gold sparkles

"We stayed here for our 10 year wedding anniversary and our stay was fantastic. Our ocean view room had a great view of the golf course and ocean. There is a private beach and the pool is open 24/7. The gold experience was top notch and we felt well taken care of. I believe the hotel is great without the gold but the gold put it over the top. We would stay here again with or without gold."

"My family and I just recently traveled here and the property was clean and the staff was very friendly. You have great views of the ocean and the property is peaceful. They have a beach, that is on the property and kid friendly. The food and drinks are good but on the pricer side. I would stay here again. "

Beautiful and fun!

"First time staying here. Went with just my 9 year old son and myself. I loved everything about this resort. Everything was so beautiful and so much to do. My only couple of upgrades I would love to see, is the rooms updated a little, more affordable restaurant options (not fast food). Other than that I would 100% stay here again. "

Emergency and very accommodating

"We were notified of a water leak effecting our room and others. We were moved to the neighboring Hilton. The stay there was excellent. Bothe staffs were very helpful, generous and accommodating for this emergency relocation. We still attended the Luau at the Marriott which was superb. A big thanks to Gabriel for working with me and taking care of us."
