This newly built yet traditional property is situated on the island of Brač, between the places Postira and Pučišća and can accommodate up to 5 persons in total. A beautiful olive grove surrounds the villa, and the view of the untouched nature of the island of Brač is extraordinary.
This charming villa is the best choice for a dream and peaceful holiday with your children and family, with everything you might need to enjoy and relax. The outdoor area features a gorgeous traditional stone table under the tree, which provides natural shade on warm summer days. The outside area also features stone barbeque, so you can dine under the open sky or just sunbathe on the loungers next to the heated pool.
The kitchen and dining area are fully equipped and tastefully furnished with cosy and inviting colours and a rustic fireplace (not for use because of security reasons). The open-plan ground floor has a TV and 1 air conditioning unit. The dining room has plenty of space for the whole family to eat together. On the same floor, there is also a bathroom.
On the first floor, there are two comfortable climatized bedrooms. The advantage of these bedrooms is that you can separate or put the beds together, whatever suits you better. One bedroom can accommodate 2 people, and 3 people can fit nicely in the other. If necessary, 2 more persons can sleep on the pull-out sofa bed in the living room. Outdoor stairs connect the ground floor and the first floor.
Villa Dubrava has parking spaces available for 6 cars. Local restaurants, supermarkets, and cafes are less than 5 km from the villa in Pučišća.
