"The whole process is basically contact free, which is perfect for self-sufficient travelers. Instructions to check in were clear and easy. Everything was hassle free. The room was clean and well equipped. The location in the Bowery is wonderful, steps to subway stations, Soho, Little Italy, West/East Village. Limitless food options right around every corner. There were front desk attendants there at all times that were always friendly, but since the experience was so seamless we didn’t require assistance for anything, except when they were kind enough to hold our luggage after check out for a couple of hours."

"Jazmine was amazing! She took care of me with the upmost respect she was polite, kind, friendly and respectful. She really showed me amazing hospitality- unlike any other I received. This hotel has everything even yoga. I was accommodated with a crib for my baby. She truly went above and beyond especially allowing early check in. I felt truly honored to be there because of the special treatment. I will def return. This manager Jazmine was the best and highlight of my trip . Super cool. "

"We loved our stay. I was a bit skeptical when I saw the reviews about self check in and unhoused people hanging out front. First, there is always a person at the front desk. They check your ID and help you check in. There is a human connection. And the staff was SOOO friendly. Secondly, the front is a dedicated public space. It is a common practice that allows developer to build higher. We had no issues with people hanging out there. Not a single one. We absolutely loved hanging out in the "Living Room". Such a beautiful and welcoming space. And the bar upstairs was spectacular! The bathroom/shower is the typical frosted glass. So I went down to the lobby to use the bathroom most days. I like privacy in that area of my life. 😃 We did wish that there were outlets on both sides of the bed. That was about it for suggestions. I hope you enjoy your stay!
