"The room was mostly clean and the bathroom was massive for New York -- it even had a bathtub! The bed was very nice and staff were kind, always greeting us. However, they cannot hold your luggage before or after your stay, which was the only inconvenience we faced. Rooftop view was nice as well. We smelled weed in the hallway briefly but it disappeared quickly and was not an issue."

"The staff at this hotel were amazing. Staff helped us with whatever was needed. The hotel is well cared for & inviting. The staff at the marketplace were not very accommodating & prices were super high for what was purchased. The room was great & the housekeeping staff provided many things we needed. However, after two of the 4 night stay, we didn’t receive a room cleaning or weren’t asked about it. Weird. The location is exceptional & made traveling the city very convenient. "

"We loved our stay at the CitizenM. The biggest draw before coming was the huge common space downstairs. We enjoyed breakfast every morning with our 5 year old and he had space to play and watch some TV (because most people around us were always working from the area) Jose at the coffee/bar was always super friendly and helpful...Mally (spelling) was so helpful with our room and just a friendly face throughout our stay. We would love to stay here again and definitely will on our next visit. Also, bonus, very near subway access!! That's a plus."

"Great location, easy check in/out, no coffee in the (non-suite) rooms and you have to buy it in the lobby which is a bit of a pain, especially if the barista is on break when you get downstairs. Rooms are small, but efficient and tidy. Perfect for a solo traveler. "

"Staff here is amazing. Our flight was super early and we went to check in the bags so we could explore the city in the meantime. The staff was actually able to help us get checked in way earlier and help us get settled. Coffee smell in the lobby is also amazing and super welcoming. Room was wonderful. Great view, super clean and comfortable, perfect to unwind "
