El hotel es realmente malo. Todo lo que dicen en expedia es mentira. La atencion es de las peores que he visto. Ellos te dicen exacto a que hora tienes que tomar desayuno. Parece mas una carcel que un hotel. Solo tienen agua caliente desdevlas 8 a las 10 am, si te quietes duchar en otro horario es con agua fria. Para llegar al estacionamiento el camino esta pesimo, si no cas en una 4x4 es imposible llwgar y tienes que subir a pie. No puerdan su dinero ni vacaciones. Es terrible el hotel. Yo al final no me quede despues de ver y escuchar todo esto por parte de la dueña. Que por lo demas es muy falta de respeto

Hermoso, tranquilo, gran ambiente, cerca de todo. Personal MUY amable. A mejorar la señalización de las distintas zonas que de noche no se ven y la luz del estacionamiento. Excelentes habitaciones, excelentes camas y grandes baños.

Experiencia espectacular!

Completamente felices con la experiencia en Elementos Eco Lodge. Un espacio maravilloso de desconexión y contacto con la naturaleza, desde sus perritas y chivos, el paisaje, el río, las habitaciones, la huerta. Tremendo trabajo de todo el equipo, la recepción, comida y aseo, destacando en especial el restaurant, su dedicación con cada comensal y los sabores logrados, espectacular todos los días, se nota el amor y dedicación por lo que hacen. También, destacar el verdadero compromiso con la sustentabilidad y naturaleza, donde los productos utilizados en la limpieza diaria son biodegradables y libres de contaminantes. Todo fue perfecto, volveremos a penas podamos!. Nos gustaría que sigan creciendo y que muchas más personas puedan conocerles! Por eso ojalá puedan habilitar las tinajas calientes y un salón de masajes o meditación/yoga. También, para las personas con movilidad reducida tener un piso en las duchas o barra justo a la salida.

Amazing place in a very convenient location. Not far from Pucon, the logde is right by the riverside. Hot springs and national parks are 20 minutes drive from the place. We had a very spacious room in the second floor, with a view to the volcano from our private balcony. Sarina was an incredible host. We will come back for sure.

Wonderful service. Lovely part of Chile. Beautiful river side setting. Rooms are immaculate. Serena (the owner and host) is a wonderful chef. She produces high quality restaurant-level food and is more than willing to meet individual requests and dietary needs. There is a lovely relaxed family feel to the whole place with pets roaming around. Goats and horses in surrounding fields. Our daughter loved it. Recommended

Maravilloso!! El lugar es precioso, el lodge está muy bien logrado. construido integramente con materiales ecológicos, la decoración sencilla y muy acogedora, las camas muy cómodas. El desayuno es INOLVIDABLE, una mezcla perfecta entre cocina alermana y chilena. Finalmente destacar que toda esta maravilla es posible gracias a la dueña, Sarina, quien atiende personalmente, y eso hace la diferencia, ella es encantadora, con una conversación alegre e inteligente, hace del lodge un lugar perfectamente acogedor.

Magnifico

Excelente estadía, dan ganas de permanecer en el lugar. La atención desde su dueña hasta su personal es acogedora , familiar, personalizada, se nota la preocupación y el profesionalismo, son verdaderos anfitriones. El Entorno es un paraíso, se conserva el bosque, El río no solo acoge con su canto sino también te abraza cuando te bañas en él. Las Instalaciones, habitaciones no podrían ser mejor, aun con la aplicación de la Eficiencia Energética en su construcción, el diseño no deja de ser natural a entorno que lo rodea.
