"First of all from the checking in the problems begun to start. I booked at the price of 1150 and they told that they won't give me the room for that money and I have to pay 1600.i tried to contact hotels.com and couldn't find any numbers to contact. So I paid the amount. The room was In pathetic condition. Air conditioning was not working properly and the food which I ordered through get an hour to get delivered. Washroom was dirty and the water was not draining from the bathroom. Never ever going back to hotel at any cost. "

My frail 87 year old mother and I stayed here after a very long journey from the U.S. to rest up before heading on to our house a few hours away by car. The accommodating manager Justin booked our taxis and even arranged for a wheelchair. Akhil met us at the car with the chair at 3am when we got to the resort. Even at that late hour he was ready to bring us food—mummy actually asked for ice cream and got it! But it’s only after we woke up in our smartly designed room with a private patio that we realized how lucky we were. Shout out to the super staff Jeevan, Zachariah, the ladies in the kitchen, the cleaners, and the gardeners who are the heart of the place. Thank you all! "

"We had a wonderful time in this beautiful location. We had come from busy Chennai and the peace and tranquility of this area was wonderful. Our host and caretaker couldn't have been more helpful. They were so welcoming and the caretakers family even prepared some meals for us which were delicious. We were able to explore on foot and by bike and loved the small beach near the property. We were very fortunate to see some dolphins and have a boat trip on the backwaters. The house is very well equipped and we had a wonderful time. I would highly recommend"
