Great location within walkig distance to restaurants, stores, and the historic center. The staff was friendly and very nice. The hotel and room were clean and well maintained. I definitely recommend it ans I will be staying here at my next trip to Puebla!

Hotel was clean and staff was very friendly. Food was delicious, but the next morning I got diarrhea and was sick for a few days. I didn't eat outside the hotel during my stay, so there was definitely something wrong with the restaurant.

The hotel its beautiful with a great location. The only two things i didn't like about it ilwas that you could heard everything through the walls and doors. And after turning the water on in the bedroom sink on the second day, the water had a nasty smell. We started ising water bottle to brash our teeth, wash our hands and face. For some reason the shower didn’t had a bad smell. That's the reason I gave it a ⭐️⭐️⭐️ instead of 5 stars. Other than that the hotel is in a great location, only 3 blocks from Puebla's Zocalo and La Catedral.

Room was clean. Heating /cooling is shared with other rooms so depending on what demand load is cooling may take precedent if you might desire heating. The location was amazing as it was 3 short blocks to the Zocalo de Puebla, the heart of the Historic Center. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Casa Sabino is an excellent bistro right next door.

The property is very new and it's in an excellent location. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The rooms suffer from various design flaws, which were quite frustrating at times but difficult to improve at this point.

This hotel is very small and the rooms were not very comfortable due to the noise and the water smelling every time you opened the faucet. We were in the first floor and could hear dogs barking super early in the morning and the staff talking and laughing as well. The walls in the rooms seem to be paper thin. The upside to staying here is being able to walk to all the little stores and restaurants.

Una experiencia que no me gustó Pagué por una habitación con balcón y vista a la calle porque fue precisamente la que vi en la publicación y me encantó. Sin embargo, al llegar me asignaron otra habitación completamente diferente. Les mostré la aplicación y les expliqué que había pagado por la habitación que había escogido, pero me dijeron que todas eran iguales y que era lo único que tenían disponible. Incluso les comenté que claramente había habitaciones con balcón, pero nuevamente me dijeron que lo sentían mucho y que no podían hacer nada. Lo que realmente me molestó fue eso: uno paga por una habitación específica, la elige por las características que muestra la publicación y, al llegar, simplemente te dan otra y te dicen que no hay nada que hacer. Si la habitación que aparece en la publicación no está disponible, deberían informarlo antes de cobrar, porque el cliente paga confiando en lo que está viendo y escogiendo.
