"Carlos was great about communication! The apartment is at an excellent location in the heart of Puebla. The apartment is very secure, it has a door that requires a key to get in, followed by a door that requires a code, not to mention that the entrance to the apartment building is locked at night. Not that the extra security is needed, given the heavy police presence, but it is good to have nonetheless."

"The Puebla apartment had all we could wish for and more! A complete modern kitchen with potable water! What a bonus!! The bed was comfortable and the bathroom nicely appointed! Wonderful location in the historic center of Puebla!"

"Great location, steps away from the Zocalo. Near restaurants, coffee shops, stores, and Cathedral. Weekends host many bazaars which were walking distance from the hotel. Hotel restaurant had excellent friendly service."
