"Great hotel, superb kitchen and facilities. The design and all decoration of the facilities is done to a high standard while respecting the old oil mill. The swimming pool and gardens are well looked after. Our room was amazing, huge and comfortable bed and great service. Only inconvenience it does not allow to flush toilet paper and there is just an ordinary bin to dispose of toilet tissue. Individual plastic bags and regular room service to change them should be in place. Also, the hotel is not easy to access, there are two tracks to access them and we just found out two days after we arrived that there is a one way system as the tracks are trecherous."

"Absolutely stunning building, with calm, airy atmosphere. Large bedroom with comfy bed, TV, fridge and aircon. Great pool area to cool down in, towels provided and sunbeds. Easy walk into town. Underground car park accessed via a car lift, which was tight but managed to get in. 18 Euros per night. Will definitely go back again."

"A really nice relaxing place with a personal check-in. The rooms are large and nicely furnished. There is a very useful communal kitchen shared between the 3 rooms to help yourself to cheese, fruit, bread, tea and coffee. There is a bar that serves food one minute away. Overall highly recommended"

"It is a 1000 year old building, the host treated us wonderfully and we had a great chat in the bar. Much different than all the corporate owned hotels we stayed earlier in the week. There is a thermo springs a few blocks away."
