Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya - All Inclusive
Pool was amazing, rooms we switched twice and they both had issues, we meet a couple that also had to switch rooms twice and still had problems every time. All restaurants were good. Staff some were nice others weren't.

Catalonia Riviera Maya Resort and Spa All Inclusive
The food was good. Pools close by 7pm. Public access washrooms were not always clean. Staff in the stores were not helpful or friendly. Hotel staff was good.

We loved everything except the pool was too hot to go to during the day. We made it an early morning thing.
