"We had a lovely time at Dreams for our honeymoon! Staff was lovely and so helpful and accommodating, especially Myriam at the front desk! Pool and activities were great, beach had some seaweed when we went but that’s hard to avoid. It was a beautiful time and we definitely hope to be back!"

The area was ok. Not a lot to see or do. The water in the canals, lagoon full of jellyfish and oily.

Stay in the Puerto Adventuras complex - it is safe. If you wander out, then make sure it's with a tour from the hotel or your travel agent. It's not super safe to walk out of the complex itself - we did it once and will not do it again.

It is a very safe gated community. There is much to do without going out of this community. Shopping and many restaurants are within walking distance. We rented a golf cart to explore the entire community. We never felt unsafe anywhere we went
