"We had a wonderful stay at this home and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Puerto Aventuras. The house was spacious, very clean, and extremely well maintained. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and truly felt like a home away from home. One of our favorite things about staying in Puerto Aventuras is the location itself. The community feels very safe and offers plenty of restaurants, shops, and conveniences, so there’s really no need to leave the complex if you don’t want to. The home features a beautiful backyard with a great pool, which was perfect for relaxing and spending time with family. Overall, this was an excellent property, and we would gladly stay here again on our next trip to Puerto Aventuras."

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: On arrival my grandaughter thought we had moved in to a palace! Very clean, lots of space, lots of equipment and outside was stunning. Very good help from staff and manager Scott was very helpful. Location excellent, close to bars, restaurants and some local shops. When we needed to (beer and wine) we took a taxi to the huge supermarket very close that worked well. Only slight snag was some mosquitos, so depending on yourself, take some spray to keep them away. Overall this was very good indeed and highly reccomended."

"Beautiful large property. Overall the stay was good enough. Checking was a little hectic. The woman who took care of our room was exceptional and the highlight of our stay also the man who took care of the minibar and snacks. Many restaurants but since the resort has 2 sides you have to travel far if you want to explore all of them. Needless to say It was not easy to get from one side of the resort to the other the carts do not come when you call that’s if anyone answers. Since we stayed on the adult side in order to get to the family side we would have yo take 2 carts or walk to the lobby and get a cart to the family side. It was an inconvenience and would have been much better if we could just get a cart when called like at other hard rock hotels we have stayed in the past. There were hardly any restaurants open during the day only buffets also only buffet for breakfast. Not sure why the pool bar closed 2 hrs before the pool? around 3:30. Bartenders in the resort not very friendly."

"My only criticism would be that all the restaurants had been booked up the entire week we were there from the moment we got there, leaving the only option as the buffet. The pools also closed oddly early even for a family friendly resort. The staff were excellent though! Enjoyed our stay regardless!"

"Three couples shared the house for five nights in May, and we were pleasantly surprised by how spacious it is and the amazing view from the patio. The sea is right there, although the beach is solid rock and is not suitable for sunbathing or swimming. It was beautiful to look at while enjoying the pool and patio, though. I wasn’t sure how it would be to have the housekeeper there most of the day each day, but Dominga was sweet and helpful with calling cabs and questions about the house and she stayed out of our way as much as possible by cleaning parts of the house we weren’t in. It was actually very nice to have everything kept so clean and fresh towels, etc. every day.The development was quiet and safe. They have very good front gate security. There were a lot of restaurants in easy walking distance, and dolphin pools and a marina to see along the way. The beds were comfortable and the a/c worked well. The kitchen is large and very well equipped for pots and pans, serving ware and glasses. Very few pantry items, though. There is a big grocery store 100 pesos’ taxi ride away.The pool was kept very clean, a nice temperature and was a pleasure for all of us. There were small things here and there that could use the attention of a handyman (some faucets, toilet paper holders, repainting) but these were small issues that did not affect us unduly."
