"We overall really enjoyed the Catalonia Yucatan/ Rivera Maya Resort. This was our (20s couple) 3rd time in Cancun, and this was by far our favorite resort yet. The food was satisfyingly good for most meals. Everything seemed freshly prepared and the ingredients were of high quality. Other reviews mentioned outdated amenities/ rooms, but that was never an opinion we shared. The activities were plentiful and fun. The shows seemed cheesy at previous resorts, but here it was obvious that effort was spent to make them enjoyable for both kids and adults. All staff were friendly, a little tipping went a long way but at no point did it feel necessary. Also, the ocean and beach felt so “alive”, and snorkling was available at no cost which was so fun to see corals, fish, and other creatures. As for the parts we didnt love, the breakfast was lacking in options and was a bit disappointing, but the snack bar was open at 10:30 so we didnt have to go long hungry. Overall, very nice resort. Would recommend "

"Staff are amazing, super friendly and helpful. I was a solo traveler and they remembered me at the restaurants, remembered my allergy too! They staff keep the place clean and well run. The pool staff work hard getting everyone playing games, the bar staff never stop. Management should look into getting more bar staff working, one person for 15 people at a swim up bar is hard. Wait time is toooo long. Foood was good - definitely book ahead of time the restaurants you want. Enough pools and activities. The seaweed took over the beach but they had people out there everyday, working hard. Too bad about the seaweed. I felt safe and secure in my room and walking around. This hotel doesn’t do shutttle so I worked with “eTransfers” shuttle and it was great. I did private transportation and the staff communication was superb. They WhatsApp you e writhing you need to know and where to go in the airport. "

"Excellent service, love a la carte restaurant with no reservation and the food was great. All employees very nice like: Yanine, all reception team. Raul, Eleno, Paulina, Javier, Piero, Ángel, Octavio, Amado. All reception team. Wilbert. Excellent!! We never had this excellent experience in the Riviera Maya Resorts. THANK YOU!"

"Condo was very roomy, enjoyed the outdoors patio. Pools were very large and well maintained, just steps away from the condo. Beach area was great, numerous palapas for shade, lounge chairs, and nice access to the ocean. My only complaint was the day I arrived at the property I had not received any information on how to access the keys to the condo. It took me about an hour to get connected with the rental management because I had no access to Wi-Fi, luckily the attendant at the security gate somehow connected me to Wi-Fi with his phone service. This was very stressful especially after a long day of travel."

Awesome "at-home" comfort.

"Great space. Quiet and private yet less than 5 minutes walk to the fun and noise and people restaurant row. Best of both worlds is you need peace and quiet, yet good food and music/entertainment in a small little community. Great pool, spacious bedrooms, full stocked kitchen with even details that many condos don't provide like the cooking oil, drinking water, napkins, paper towels, salt pepper, sugar, candles out on the veranda etc. The little things add up. Great staff. Awesome cleaning ladies. Alfredo, the concierge bends over backwards in every way going over the top to accommodate and service guests. Attitude is everything and his is a plus. Aventuras Club is like a home away from home and I'll be back!"

Perfect Stay!

"The view was better in person if that can be possible. The beach clean and quiet. The unit stocked with all the essentials. Pull out couch in livingroom very comfortable and the location is amazing! Easy 1 minute walk to restaurants, stores and shops. Linda definitely went above and beyond with our stay."
