"We had a very nice time staying at Torre Mar. It was very conveniently located. We were 5 families...me (the mom) and my 4 kids, their spouses and 6 grandkids. Everyone had their own "suite". The advertising is a little confusing. I thought we were renting a "home", and then realized it was an apartment/hotel....but as I said, it was very nice for each family to have private space. The owner John was very friendly, although we did have some miscommunication issues, which is interesting...

"I stayed in 3 separate rooms, trying to find something acceptable. The rooms smelled musty and were covered in mold. The air conditioning was moldy and spread mold everywhere when turned on. In one room it looked like the ceiling was going to fall in on itself.
