"Cacaobetulia is an amazing experience. A working organic cacao plantation in a spectacular setting with comfortable, spotless rooms, excellent meals, a salt water pool, and lovely gardens filled with birdlife. But the real treasure is learning about cacao. Walks through the groves, a visit to the nursery and composting, roasting and shelling the cacao, grinding the nibs…the entire process through to making candies. Our only regret was we couldn’t stay even longer!"
