"The owner simply did not give me access to the property, I stayed outside the building for 4 hours calling him and he never answered. El dueño no dejo llaves ni me contesto el telefono mi familia y yo estuvimos horas fuera del edificio con nuestras maletas. Horrible experiencia que nos arruinaron nuestro carnaval."

"Stayed here 2 nights with family, including a small child. The property is amazing… Especially the pool area. It is an older historic building, so you do see that in some of the rooms, but it did not take away from our experience at all. Everything was very clean, Was pleasantly surprised by everything, including the staff friendliness and service."

"The Movich Buró 51 was fantastic the property is clean, very fashionable, and professional. The staff was very helpful and always very accommodating! Unlike some other properties I’ve stayed at in Barranquilla the front desk staff always has Colombian money to break down larger bills. The room was very clean the housekeepers always had the room clean by 12:00pm which was very convenient. The room was clean and tidy and the temperature was always comfortable. The bathrooms were very spacious. Overall I really enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back again! "

" I stay at Barranquilla Plaza every time I visit Barranquilla, and it continues to be one of my favorite places. The staff is truly amazing — some of the nicest people you’ll ever meet. Their warmth and professionalism make every stay special. The food is consistently very good, and I’ve always enjoyed the variety and quality offered. This time around, I did notice that the lobby could use a little TLC — maybe some refreshing or updating to match the high standards found elsewhere in the hotel. But honestly, that’s my only critique. Overall, Barranquilla Plaza remains an excellent hotel, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. Can’t wait to come back!"
