"I love this place so much that, after a two-week stay, I extended for another three weeks. The building staff -- security and maintenance -- are courteous, cordial, and very effective. The VRBO management is always nearby and alway ready with help, recommendations, and solutions. The surrounding area is very good, with an excellent park, restaurants, a bakery, and groceries within an easy walk. One of Barranquilla's two major shopping malls is an easy 15-minute walk. Overall, and excellent stay."

"The owner simply did not give me access to the property, I stayed outside the building for 4 hours calling him and he never answered. El dueño no dejo llaves ni me contesto el telefono mi familia y yo estuvimos horas fuera del edificio con nuestras maletas. Horrible experiencia que nos arruinaron nuestro carnaval."

The host was very friendly and went out her way to accommodate and recommend places to shop and taxi services to use. The building staff was aslo very friendly and welcoming. Felt safe for the most part in the neighborhood. Highly recommend staying here "

"Perfect apartment tucked away in the Paraiso neighborhood. Very clean. Felt safe and comfortable. The host was very responsive. Enjoyed the access to the pool. If I had to nitpick, the shower in the smaller bathroom doesn't have hot water; the master bath was nice though. Overall, you will love this apartment. 😎"

"El conjunto tiene muy buenos servicios, desayunos, cafetería, billar, tennis de mesa, piscina, BBQ. Sin embargo, el servicio si debe mejorar, esperamos por un desayuno 40 minutos, al momento de hacer check in tuvimos que esperar mucho tiempo porque no aparecía la reservación. Los apartamentos son súper cómodos pero el piso se nota muy sucio. "
